Two Ways to Work With Us

Pricing

CCG prices work two ways. Smaller projects and specific problems are billed by the hour, through four fixed tiers that start with a free intro call. Bigger or defined events get a custom price built around your event and your budget: a flat fee, an hourly arrangement, or a percentage of the event budget. Either way, the first conversation is free.

1. By the hour, for smaller projects and specific problems

Have a contract you want a second set of eyes on, a budget that keeps going over, or a question only experience can answer? Book time by the hour. There are four tiers, and they are fixed: the intro call is free, your first working hour is $100, the standard rate is $225 an hour, and a prepaid five-hour block is $750. That’s it. No hidden fees, no minimums beyond the hour you book.

Special Guest Free 30-minute intro call

Mutual fit, no pitch. We learn your situation; you get an honest read. No work product, just a straight conversation before anyone commits.

Book the free call
Opener $100 one-time, first hour

A full-value first working session for a brand-new client, at a bounded entry price. One time only, a way to start without anchoring on a bigger number.

Book the Opener
Support $225 per hour

Our standard hourly rate for focused, ongoing work: a specific problem, a training session, a set of questions you need answered by someone who has been there.

Book the Support

The Opener rate is a one-time entry price for new clients. After that, engagements run at Support or Headliner rates, or a custom package as described below.

2. Bigger or defined events, priced to fit

Putting on a corporate product launch, a city festival, or a full production? A whole event doesn’t fit an hourly meter, so we don’t force it into one. Instead, we learn what you’re building and what you have to spend, then quote it one of three ways: a flat fee (one number, agreed up front, no meter running), an hourly arrangement at the rates above for ongoing or open-ended work, or a percentage of the event budget when you want our fee to scale with the size of the show.

Which one is right depends on your event, and that’s the point: every bigger engagement is tailored to your situation and your budget. Tell us what you’re planning on a free call and we’ll tell you what it takes, straight.

Estimates are always free

We don’t charge to give you a number. Like a contractor’s bid, the conversation where we learn your event and tell you what it will take is free. You walk away knowing your options whether or not you hire us.

Why we don’t post custom prices

A promoter’s needs, a corporation’s, and a municipality’s have almost nothing in common. A single published rate for custom work would be wrong for all of them. Flexibility, whether flat, hourly, or percentage worked to your budget, is the point, not a dodge. The four tiers above are fixed and real; everything larger is quoted to fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a CCG consultation cost?

The first intro call is free. A one-time Opener session is $100 for new clients. After that, the standard rate is $225 per hour, or $750 for a prepaid five-hour block ($150 per hour). Larger defined events are priced flat, hourly, or as a percentage of budget.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes. For a defined event we’ll quote a flat fee, an hourly arrangement, or a percentage of your event budget, whichever fits your situation. Every package is tailored to you after a free conversation.

Is the intro call really free?

Yes. Learning your event and giving you an honest estimate costs you nothing, the same way a contractor doesn’t charge for a bid.

Can I use the Opener rate more than once?

No. The Opener is a one-time first-session rate for new clients. Later engagements run at Support or Headliner rates or a custom package.
